Carefully Fold Dough Over Filling; Pinch Edges To Seal Securely. Place Calzones On Greased Cookie Sheets; Brush With Egg. Bake Until Golden Brown, About 25 Minutes. Yields 6 Servings. Pizza Dough1 Package Active Dry Yeast1 Cup Warm Water (105 To 115 Degrees F)1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar1 Teaspoon Salt1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil2 1/4 To 2 1/2 Cups All-purpose Flour Dissolve Yeast In Warm Water In Large Bowl. Stir In Sugar, Salt, Oil And 1 Cup Of The Flour. Beat Until Smooth. Stir In Enough Remaining Flour To Make Dough Easy To Handle. Turn Dough Onto Lightly Floured Surface; Knead Until Smooth And Elastic, About 5 Minutes. Place In Greased Bowl; Turn Greased Side Up. Cover; Let Rise In Warm Place Until Almost Double, 30 To 40 Minutes.
