Combine Soy Sauce, Sherry, Garlic, Onion, Brown Sugar And 1 Teaspoon Of The Ginger In 1-quart Bowl. Add Chicken And Stir Until Well Coated. Heat Oil In Large Skillet; Stir-fry Chicken Until Cooked.
