Discard Bones And Skin. Cut Chicken Into Chunks. Place All Ingredients In A Pot And Cover. Bring To A Boil, Turning Heat Down Immediately. Simmer 30 Minutes, Uncovered, Or Until Sauce Has Thickened. Serve On A Bed Of Rice.
