Add Broccoli, Pepper And Water Chestnuts; Stir-fry Until Crisp-tender. Mix Broth, Soy Sauce, Cornstarch, Sugar, Garlic Powder And Ginger; Add To Skillet. Bring To Boil; Boil One Minute. Serve Over Rice. Serves 4.
