In A Shallow Bowl, Combine Parmesan Cheese, Bread Crumbs, And Garlic Powder. Pour 1/2 Cup Olive Oil In Another Shallow Bowl. Dip Each Chicken Or Veal Piece Into Olive Oil And Let Excess Drip.
